One of the most exciting times as a new member is getting a big sis! A big sister is there to support her Little, offer advice, help her transition into our Alpha Chi sisterhood, and is always there to have fun!. No matter what, you've got your Big Sister for life!

Big/Lil Week is a week in the beginning of a new member's first quarter where she is showered with gifts from her Big Sister. Each day, the new member receives presents and clues as to who her Big may be. This week is celebrated to help welcome our new members into their Alpha Chi Families - a smaller group of sisters in whom she can call home. Every day of Big/Lil Week leads up to Revealing, where the new member finally join her Big Sister and her Family!
